So…What is PDF-to-Word?

As the name suggests it converts PDF documents into files that can be edited in Word, the output files are in DOC and RFT formats.

Though it is not possible to convert PDFs into DOC and RFTs accurately each time, NitroPDF claim their product does better than most converters, by:

  • Creating high quality and easy-to-edit word files.
  • Using Word formatting options like paragraphs, columns and tables to make the Word document look as much like the original PDF as possible.
  • Reproducing graphics accurately and maintaining image quality.
How do I get Started with PDF-to-Word?

  1. Go to http://www.pdftoword.com/
  2. Select a PDF file to convert.
  3. Choose whether to convert it to a DOC or and RTF file.
  4. Enter your email address in the box click Convert.
  5. The converted document will then be sent to you by email.
What Will it Cost Me?

  1. Interesting. I use the software Able2Doc for converting pdf into word. It’s not free but it’s more professional and sometimes you don’t always have internet access when you need something done a.s.a.p. However, it’s good know about these online converters when your not at home. A free trial version is available here:
